Olive Young – Pasadena Flagship Located in the heart of Old Pasadena, this 8,647-square-foot flagship store marks Olive Young's first brick-and-mortar location in the United States and the official launch of the brand's U.S. retail expansion. As Korea's leading beauty and lifestyle retailer, Olive Young introduced its signature K-beauty shopping experience to the American market through an immersive retail environment designed for product discovery, customer engagement, and experiential shopping. SOF Partners served as the Architect of Record and Project Manager, leading the project from design development through permitting, engineering coordination, construction administration, and project completion. Working closely with the client, consultants, local authorities, and contractors, our team successfully delivered the flagship store while navigating the technical and regulatory requirements associated with introducing a new international retail concept to the U.S. market. As Olive Young's inaugural U.S. flagship, this project established the architectural and operational foundation for the brand's continued expansion across the United States, serving as the prototype for future rollout locations nationwide.
