Olive Young_Westfield Century City

Olive Young – Century City Located at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, this project represents Olive Young's second flagship retail store in the United States and a significant milestone in the brand's U.S. expansion. Situated within one of Southern California's premier shopping destinations, the store introduces Olive Young's signature K-beauty retail experience to one of the country's most competitive retail markets. SOF Partners provided comprehensive architectural and project management services, coordinating design development, engineering, landlord approvals, permitting, and construction administration. The project required close collaboration with the landlord, consultants, and contractors to deliver a highly detailed retail environment while meeting strict schedule and technical requirements. As part of Olive Young's ongoing U.S. rollout program, this project established key prototype standards and implementation strategies that will support future store developments across California and other major U.S. markets.
